I appreciated your counsel and patience over the past few weeks as I debated updating my hearing aids. It's difficult changing to another hearing aid especially when it costs a lot more than the one being replaced. As a result of wearing the demonstrator Oticon (Alta)PRO 2 and Nera models in various listening environments, I was able to understand the advantages of each and, while it is the most expensive model, I became convinced the Oticon (Alta)PRO2 was everything you and the manufacturer claimed it would be. The (Alta)PRO 2 performed exceedingly well in my testing environments, and I hope they will also have the reliability expected in a top-of-the-line product such as this.
Thanks again for the recommendation and expert advice.

Joe, I wanted to thank you for all the time and effort you spent with me while trying to get my masker preciously adjusted to help with my tinnitus. All the time you spent with me certainly paid off as I'm delighted with the results.
As you may recall, after two months I was a bit leary to buy the aid. I wasn't convinced it was really working for me. With your encouragement I decided to go for it. Well, about one month after that it seems like everyiting clicked in and I couldn't be happier. Thanks for the encouragement and persistence.
Another thing I needed to remember was that the device wasn't a cure but rather a device that made the tinnitus bearable. It really does make a huge difference.
P.S. Also, thankds to April, the office manager, as she made getting appointments, billing, etc. very easy and it's been a pleasure working with her, too! Mark S.<< New text box >>

Thank you very much for helping me make the decision to begin wearing hearing aids. They have made a very real difference in my quality of life and exceed my expectations.
As you know, I'd visited several other providers over the last two years but never felt confident that I would ever wear hearing aids. Your explanation of the hearing process and how the aids would function made all the difference. Your patience and willingness to answer my questions and letting me actually hold and try on a hearing aid gave me the confidence I needed. I told you that not being able to hear my granddaughter was the motivation to meet wit you and try again. I want you to know how very pleased I am with my hearing aids. Other people recongize the difference in my hearing, especially during phone conversations. I no longer need to make adjustments as I did with my previous aids. It's a pleasure to be able to hear a waiter in a restaurant without background sounds.
